4. DELIVERY

After your order has been processed, you will receive all the details by email. Average shipping times are between 1 to 10 business days, depending on the destination, (consider the extra time for your customs check). We are based in Portugal (Europe) and the customer is responsible for paying any duties, customs, charges or additional taxes imposed by the country of destination for delivery.

 

5. REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If you choose to refuse your order, you will be responsible for any fees that the order may incur and for the cost of sending it to our address in Portugal. This amount will be taken from the total refund of your order.

We make an effort to respond to all customer complaints or queries within a maximum period of 5 business days.

 

7. FORCE MAJEURE

9. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, please let us know by email.geral@bagup.ptwithin a maximum period of 14 days after receipt, specifying the reason for the exchange or return.

It is only possible to exchange or return as long as the item is in the condition in which it was purchased and showing the invoice as well as the order number..

We therefore recommend that you keep the order in the packaging together with the document. Exchange is only allowed for an item of equal or greater value, in which case the remainder must be paid.

The shipment of items for exchange or return is the responsibility of the customer.

If the exchange is due to a defect in the items or our misunderstanding, BAG UP will assume the shipping costs associated with the reshipment of the items.

 

 

10. FRAUD

BAG UP reserves the right to cancel and refund any order suspected of fraud in order to ensure the security of our consumers' transactions through our online services.
